Honestly very disappointed with how things are handled here. The accounting and communication are not clear at all, and there are inconsistencies that were never properly explained. As an owner, I expect transparency, especially when it comes to money. This experience definitely made me question their professionalism. Would not recommend if you value clear and honest management.

Extremely disappointing experience with First Team Property Management. We paid a substantial amount before move-in, yet the home was not ready. It was dirty, with pet hair, dust, cobwebs, gum under sinks, broken sprinklers, mismatched paint, and even dog feces outside. The house also has a strong, lingering pet odor, and we cannot open several windows because the screens are missing, which would allow flies to enter. I have been a client with First Team for over a decade and use Patti Short as my agent. She has been great to work with and would highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about the area and is great overall.
Discrimination without a lack of respect is all I have received from Property manager Justin Miller. We have had the worse residential experience with First Team. Justin Miller has behaved badly and continues to violate fair housing laws and discriminatory practices and policies. Me and my children were badly burnt from ongoing for months may I add; water temperature was scolding hot!
