Their service department's motto should be "the customer is always wrong". – I bought a new car from First Team. I had such a good experience purchasing the car, I was surprised at how poorly I was treated after the sale. Only after I started complaining to my coworkers did I find out that I wasn't alone. It's amazing just how many horror stories I heard. Learn from my mistake -- don't just research your car; research the dealers too.
