These people are scammers! They offer "free oil changes for life". They don't tell you that synthetic is not covered. When you go to get it serviced, because if you don't get it there it voids your warranty, they tell you that you signed a waiver when you bought the car. These people are horrible. Don't trust them!
Best auto service in town – I have been going to First Team Auto Mall for the past 10 years and have purchased 3 cars over that time. While my kids lived in town, I always have taken the cars to 1st Team for service. Sure, I guess you can get them serviced for a couple of dollars less from Joe's Garage but you would not get the professional personal service I have gotten from Ted Arven (Subaru Service Manager). He has always explained what has needed to be done in real English.
Best Service Dept in town – I have worked with many new car dealers since 1988 and First Team Auto Mall has by far exceeded my best expirence at any time in the auto repair industry. Thanks for givining me the opportunity to meet and serve the best customer base ever.
Subaru Outback – I love getting my subaru serviced at First Team. The location is convenient and Ted is the best!
Friendly, Communicable, not $$$ – As a student at VT, I was reluctant to go to the dealer. Anyways I had the CEL light on and a few other things needed. With a four hour wait there are plenty of things to do within walking distance (putt-putt), Kroger, public library). First Team was very friendly, fixed the CEL, and even gave me a 10% discount off the ENTIRE bill, considering the coupon I brought could only top about 3/4 of the generous amount the outside service man gave. Would go here again.
Polite and quick service department – Purchasing with First Team was a very pleasant experience. I would use First Team again if the need were to arise.
Go Steve! – Steve was key and made me feel completely at ease. There was never any pressure. He is smooth!!! I feel that with his help, I made the right choice on my Nissan Rogue!
My Volkswagen ist zuper! – Joeseph Dudak and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoyable experience overall. Excited about our new VW purchase!
Best car dealership in the area – This is my 4th purchase I have made with First Team Auto Mall (and 4th VW). I keep coming back not only because of my loyalty to VW, but also because I appreciate the friendliness, helpfulness, and laid back attitude of the sales staff. I have never felt pressured or condescended.
