Quality service has changed over the years
Communication is terrible. - body shop misinformed and and said my car was ready. - car wasn’t ready and said I need to come back tomorrow - car was finally ready but after I picked up I noticed that the job was done incorrectly - during the weekend the service lights illuminates indicating the car needs oil change - brought the vehicle over for service - also asked the body shop to re-do their work. - service finished and body shop was suppose to pick up the car, - car now has no status - I get passed around like a hot pota... read more
Monse was great, very helpful and great customer service, got me in to a beautiful car quick and easy, would recommend again! All in all the whole store is great, great service and everything very helpful people, would recommend coming here!
