We had difficulty getting a response to schedule our much needed maintenance. When we finally did get an appointment, the car broke down while driving it to the appointment, in the early morning darkness, leaving my husband stranded. Then, because we were "late" to our scheduled appointment which we had called and notified them of our circumstances, and we had a tow coming, they gave our appointment to someone else and we were moved to the following day. When we FINALLY received service, it was fine.
