Can anyone tell me what the point of making an appointment for an oil change is if it’s going to take 3 hours? I had an appointment yesterday morning (18Sep2025) at 8:30 am, thinking I would be in and out real quick. Boy was I wrong! I asked the receptionist in the waiting room at 9:30 what the status of my truck was, and IT had taken over her computer so she couldn’t check. My Chevy hhr finally died after 14 years and 300k miles, Joshua had me in a 2025 Trailblazer Lt AWD in less then 4 hours, from test drive to final paperwork, at the price I wanted to pay. He also fixed an onstar problem that the technician at onstar couldnt figure out.
David and Manager went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. There was a problem coming and going that made a diagnosis hard. They made accommodations to properly diagnose my truck.
