Took my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change at1100. I arrived 15 minutes early, filled out paperwork and waited for my vehicle. At 2:47, I got my key back to my vehicle. Almost 3 hours for a oil change is ridiculous, I get free oil changes at Hampton Chevy, this is my last oil change here. I would rather pay for my oil change, than have my time wasted. Very poor turn around time, this is not the first time this has happened.
The service department is horrible and very unprofessional. Phil has no customer service skills and talks to women like they don’t know anything and degrades them. After putting multiple complaints in about him to the service manager no improvements have been made. After asking for a new service rep they still send us to Phil. They can not call you to discuss your service ticket. They only send text messages. Very unprofessional. We will be finding a new dealership for service. Highly disappointed
