I don't even know where to begin. We dropped our traverse off at 9am on Tuesday, waited 3 hours, and were eventually told that they haven't even gotten it in the shop when we went there. We had to leave it there and rent a vehicle. No updates yesterday, at all. My husband called 3 times today and no one picked up. Then, we just went there and were told to be patient, as our car was in the shop and we'll be updated in an hour.
The staff is always super helpful!
Smh i don't really now what to say at this point bought the car and it ended up have issues they fix the ones that didn't really cost them any thing but i tried to get me heat fix because it wasn't working when i bought it took it there on the day of the appointment and was told it wasn't cold enough for them to check it so i took it somewhere else and got it fixed that day crazy, and i have been trying to get a number on how much they would give me to buy it back and its been impossible to get in touch with them, all i can ... read more
Holy shit! I don’t purchase cars from dealers because I hate the sales tactics. However, I do buy pre owned cars with warranties. This was my first Chevy purchase after driving for over 40 years and the service after the sale is incredible! I don’t recommend anyone purchase a new vehicle because of depreciation and pressure sales tactics- but, certainly buy slightly used with full warranty and you’ll see!
