Never going back again! Came there to have drinks with my boyfriend spent $25. My waiter charged my card 6 TIMES. Came back saying he swiped it under only one other additional person. $25 "worth" of drinks over $150 worth of other people's food and drinks was charged to me. Nobody apologized everyone blew me off but corporate will be involved. You guys be careful about Zachary. That was my waiter.
I thought I found a new hangout spot on Saturdays, but unfortunately tonight the customer service was horrible and the guy at the door with a “floral Hawaiian 🌺 Shirt on was very rude and denied our requests of speaking to a manager in a rude manner. I don’t think I will be returning even though I really enjoyed my first 3 experiences.
watch your waiters! they will add fraudulent charges to your card of you let them! food is ok, but definitely overpriced for quantity and quality
So went for the Sunday Brunch & Live Music. No music, limited menu, worn out table and chairs, sticky, gross floor. Called ahead repeatedly before driving from Ponte Verda Beach, no answer. Waste of time. So many better choices. Ended up at Jax Beach Brunch Haus, so much better!
I was discriminated at this club and I refused to go to a place where I'm discriminated in front of people I feel like suing them the worst Club I ever been to as a matter of fact I don't go to the beach because of this people and I should have sued them because I have witnesses and I probably should but the worst place to go would never come in my friends there
first time going Saturday ate oysters and still trying to get the sickness off...
