Had a coupon for a $38 smog check. When I got there I was told the total amount would be $58 (unless of course you don't want the certificate). My truck failed due to my battery not taking a charge. So I was charged $38 and was told the recheck was going to be $20, but I needed to drive my truck with it's new battery to make sure it would pass. Stay away if you want to be treated with some respect. These guys are shady. My emissions passed and he failed saying carb numbers not found while the other guys passed me just fine!
I was treated very badly, no idea what customer service is. Decided to go somewhere I was appreciated as a customer.
I called and asked if there was a charge if the car didn't pass and the owner was extremely rude. He asked what kind of car I had and why was I asking that question. He refused to answer like he could care less. Would not recommend, sounds like a shady individual with a lack of character.
Run don't walk if you need a smog inspection!! i was treated with so much respect and the employees were beyond helpful . I would recommend this place over and over again. As a single lady I appreciated their care very much. C
