First Step Therapy is a place where they show love to their clients through respect, empathy and integrity. I thank God that I was able to find this place after some bad experiences that are not worth to mention and that is one of the things I’ve learned at First Step Therapy to make a difference by highlighting the good and positive things, because there’s already too much negativity in this world.

My daughter comes to this clinic for OT and ST weekly and absolutely loves working with her therapists, Paola and Bernett!! This clinic is wonderful and I have seen significant progress in her speech and overall skills. I love the manager, Wanda as well. She’s super helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
Therapist are great, kindness and very professional. It’s a shame that the management is so poor and that the office procedures are unclear. Even the center manager herself, who is supposed to clearly communicate with parents and guide them through the proper procedures for any request, is actually the one who handles them the worst.
