We are always treated well and promptly whenever we need an appointment. Dr. Arouse and his PA’s have always been great!
The nurses and doctors are always so nice but the women at the front desk, I have never seen such ugly attitudes on people who work with children. If you hate your job or children, find something else.
We have been going here for 8 years! And I would highly recommend not seeing her! We will not be back if she is the only one we can see. I was trying to make sure I was getting information correctly because she’s throwing all these names out as if I know what she is talking about and because I kept questioning she had an attitude. For a parent to understand the right way to care for her child, there is no harm in asking questions. You don’t like it leave your job. You should anyways because your care for others was horrible!
