Dr. Arouse is the best. He is so caring and communicates clearly and thoroughly. His years of experience and parent support make him our first choice, even if we have to drive 45 min to his office.
I have been going here for years there was a situation recently where some coverage for my daughter was declined to the insurance company that originally was paid for and it had to be refunded to the insurance company from the clinic which resulted in an $800 balance instead of the clinic working with me to make payments as a single mom they denied an upcoming appointment for shots for my newborn who has a different insurance at this point instead of working with a family that has been a client for years to make payments to ... read more
I just completed my first round of NP clinicals at First Step Pediatrics which was great from start to finish. The entire staff was so welcoming, supportive, and easy to work with—it really made a difference in feeling comfortable and confident in the clinical setting.
