Firstly, we absolutely love nurse Darci and wish we could continue to see her, however this office is extremely unorganized. My sons 6 month and 9 month appointment were rescheduled on the day of for different times/dates. Today, we were suppose to go for a 1 year appointment that has been scheduled for 3 months. They called this morning stating they cannot see him because he doesn't turn 1 year for another 2 days. This could have been easily avoided if: A.
