Don't really understand the low reviews, I guess people only rate when things go wrong. I got my referral, came over, filled out some paperwork, got my brace, and got out in half an hour. Very easy and quick with polite and helpful staff.
Terrible customer service. I called in advance read the receptionist what I was needing off the prescription she acted like it was no problem and booked my appointment which I drove 40 minutes to get to one way. After arriving and ten minutes later they acted like they had never seen a prescription for orthotics before and told me they couldn’t help me. Complete waste of time!
Terribly rude staff. Drove 20 minutes to get a replacement for a defective boot, that I called about in advance, only to unapologetically be told that they don’t have what I need. Absolutely horrible customer service.
