We tried ringing other florists but they were closed due to public holiday. Thank goodness First step flowers and gift is open. Staff responded to my messages almost instantly. Due to public holidays and the long weekend, she didn’t have a lot of flowers left. However, with her amazing flower arrangement skills, she managed to put together a beautiful box as shown in picture. I was unaware Brisbane had a public holiday the day I wanted flowers for my Mum’s 95th birthday. A couple florists I rang weren’t very helpful. But First Step Flowers and Gifts sent me a text :), apologising and said they would do the delivery first thing next day. Which they did. I visited Mum five days later and the vase of flowers were still bright and beautiful. I highly recommend the customer service and care from First Step Flowers and Gifts. Thank you :)
