Took my 7 year old nervous Nellie to them a few days ago. I was so so impressed! They pay so much attention to detail when it comes to their patient’s needs. They even use friendlier language for dental procedures. I would have no problem recommending this office. 10-10 will be staying here.

I had such a great experience taking my 3 children to Turlock First Step Dental that I have to praise them for their work. Right from the start the staff at the front desk were pleasant, smiled and were professional. The service at First Step Dental was great from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and Welcoming. I was greeted with a friendly smile by Erika at the front Desk and I didn’t have to wait long. Genoveva and Rosa were super helpful in making sure my kids felt comfortable and happy before they started working on them and were very knowledgeable. You are predators and you will not get away with it. You slapped braces on my daughter who is a student with no job and no way of paying for them. You slapped them on even before you had a deposit so it would be too late. THEN you said you aren't dealing with US but my daughter! But of course she couldn't pay for them and NOW all of a sudden they sue ME. Just like they had planned when they rushed her into braces. My son feels safe cause everyone is nice and treat them good so kids have confidence and they are not afraid to go for their routine check ups. Also everyone in the office has good humor . Truly recomend
Amazing people here. All the assistants are so wonderful with the kids and Dr. Bains is even better! Loved our experience here and my 3 year old can’t wait to go back.
