This program honestly is a complete joke and I do not recommend it to anyone. The counselors do not try to help they literally sit there and police like it’s high school detention. During 1 on 1s the counselor would try to tell me how I feel and not listen to what I have to say. They only accepted payments through mail during coronavirus and I sent $450 money order to them and they lost it/ said they didn’t receive it and said I had to pay $850 right then and there or to leave the building. There is no real recovery going on in this program. The teachers treat you like you’re a criminal, whether you are or not. One time a man was sharing his personal story and the group was trying to give feedback and be helpful (group therapy) and the teacher cut him off and yelled at him that he had shared enough. We would sit during group in silence while the 85 year old teacher organized her paperwork.
