Every time I go there, Dr. Kirifedes is the nicest most caring doctor I have ever dealt with and he makes you feel very well taken care of and comfortable because he talks to you throughout whatever procedure he hast to do and makes you feel as though you’re part of what he’s doing so that you’re not Scared like you would be if he didn’t do that. The nurse he has with him all the time is so awesome that I wish I knew her and we were friends because she is just amazing!
I had high hopes going into First State Women’s Health, but unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed with reception. The clinic seemed more focused on payment and insurance details than offering real support or guidance during what is a very important time. They did not accept my insurance and made little to no effort to assist or offer alternatives — even when I asked for help. Healthcare, should feel supportive and patient-centered. Instead, I felt the emphasis was on billing, not care.
I've been coming to this practice for about 18 years. The staff is always nice and respectful. I had practically no wait time. I've never had a bad visit. I usually see Dr. Kirifedes. He is a wonderful person and makes you feel heard and comfortable. This past visit I saw Lydia who was very kind and helpful. To the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staffing I have always had a good experience!
I felt very comfortable with the staff. The waiting period in the lobby and the exam room wasn't long.
