Everyone here was extremely kind and helpful with my previous corgi and I appreciate their dedication and attention to detail. They were able to see us almost instantly and were very reasonable in their prices. Dr. Weaver was so nice to my corgi and I know she appreciates that as well.
Took our dog to First State Urgent Care in Newark for a bleeding eye and was quite impressed with the quality of care we received. From the pleasant receptionist, the tech (Megan) and Dr Mester! Thank you for taking such great care of our fur baby!
The WHOLE team here is amazing, they’ve taken great care of two pets (dog and cat) that I’ve had to bring in recently. They saved my cat’s life and I’m so grateful for how much they genuinely cared for him. I wish I could use this place as my regular vet- that’s how comfortable I am with them now. We are incredibly grateful to First State Urgent Vet for the care they gave our dog during such a difficult time. We had to bring him in after he suddenly took a turn for the worse, and from the front desk staff to the technicians and the veterinarian, everyone was kind, compassionate, and professional. They are unreasonable with care of my dog. They give him antibiotics cause him to have a Allergic reaction. I took my animal back to see if they could help and I was told that I had to pay another 150.00 fee for him to be seen for what they give him that almost killed my animal. They are very unprofessional and unrightous when morality should been the focus to anyone that loves animals. They don't belong in animal care at all, maybe Christiana Care more like it.
