We are very pleased with our 3 season room built by First State. There were absolutely no issues with the whole process from design and build to completion. We are very happy with it and would use First State again for any future projects.
Our project was a big one. The first part was the deck. 1900 sqft, originally designed and constructed improperly 30 years ago, it was falling off the house. But the stucco and wood siding was also in need of full remediation. FSBD came through. I made an appointment with the company for a free estimate, they scheduled more than 2 weeks out for the estimate, they never called or emailed to confirm that I still remembered or wanted the appointment and I honestly totally forgot about it. A man from the company just shows up and I tell him I no longer needed to appointment and he replies very rudely, “ you could have called and canceled” and I replied all the companies that I’ve contacted had sent confirmation emails, text, or calls before just showing up weeks later. ... read more
