Great visit, Dr.Tuong is very patient and my exam went well.
Don't use any Firstsight Vision Service locations anywhere, they're terrible. After getting progressive glasses and contacts of which I can't see out of either, I've wasted over $600 (exam co-pay, contact lens fitting, contacts and glasses). They offered a recheck of my vision only but not for the contacts. Since they're doctors are independents the one I saw overbooked and had no additional help and is no longer at the Sam's club or Firstsight so you're pretty much SOL if they don't get it right. This place is TERRIBLE. I have had nothing but problems with them. First they refused to give me the brand I asked for and that I use regularly. The. When I convinced them to give them to me the doctor gave me something other than my prescription because "it won't make a difference." Well, it has. I am here YET AGAIN to get the correct contacts. I will NEVER give them my business again.
