Highly recommended! Love Dr. Chang! Very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain. I would have given 5 stars if not for the poor communication between the sales staff regarding my order. Thankfully, Kristen Ervin (Senior Optician) who was extremely helpful and cannot express my gratitude enough. I discussed the issue with her and she was able to fix it quick! A big thank you to Dr Chang and Kristen Ervin!!! If you are a new customer, my suggestion is to ask for both of them.
I love Dr. Sukon and the staff. Everyone is so helpful. The location has plenty of parking and the office is clean and has state of the art equipment. They have a good selection of glasses. We like First Sight for our entire family.
Dr. Chang is great, but the sales staff are not. Only sell premium frames (think Prada, Gucci etc) and want $35 to give you your PD measurement (something that takes 30 seconds to do) so that I could buy frames online. Sorry Dr. Chang, you really were great, but I need to find an eye doctor who's sale staff isn't trying to scam me out of $ for something that most glasses stores will do for free. I won't be coming back.
Wonderful location, staff, and doctors. Would recommend them to anyone who takes pride in their eye care.
