Rented a unit for one year. As a flight attendant I'm was in the unit MAYBE 6 days a month as I spent the majority of my off days with my significant other. The unit was cleaned prior to turning over the keys. I was aware of the $300 carpet cleaning fee that would be withheld upon move out (although I had to purchase a carpet cleaner when I moved in as the carpet was filthy). If you love to be ignored. Then these guys are the perfect company for you . They are unprofessional worst experience I ever seen . Take forever to get their response they you emailed or call them they never answered and I got a texted from Chris she said oh I’ll give you a call a bit oh I’ll give me a call tomorrow at 10 we are waiting for them to call back like 2weeks still no call me back . I lived in an apartment managed by this group for two years. They were courteous and made my living experience very pleasant. The couple times I had needed maintenance, they were very responsive and always sent friendly technicians.
