Our HOA recently switched from Keystone to FSG as our HOA manager. It has been a night and day change. Keystone left me wondering why we even spent the money on a manager as everything felt reactionary, and often like I had to do it myself if I wanted it done properly. Now that we are with FSG I understand the worth and importance of a good HOA manager. They have made an enormous change in a short period of time and we are grateful to be working with them.
I am writing to formally express my significant concerns regarding the recent service I have encountered. Despite multiple prior communications, the renewal of my lease experienced an unacceptable delay. Concurrently, my annual rental rate has been increased by $100. Rented a unit for one year. As a flight attendant I'm was in the unit MAYBE 6 days a month as I spent the majority of my off days with my significant other. The unit was cleaned prior to turning over the keys. I was aware of the $300 carpet cleaning fee that would be withheld upon move out (although I had to purchase a carpet cleaner when I moved in as the carpet was filthy). If you love to be ignored. Then these guys are the perfect company for you . They are unprofessional worst experience I ever seen . Take forever to get their response they you emailed or call them they never answered and I got a texted from Chris she said oh I’ll give you a call a bit oh I’ll give me a call tomorrow at 10 we are waiting for them to call back like 2weeks still no call me back .
