If you love to be ignored, then these guys are the perfect company for you. We submitted a maintenance request for our oven and waited 2 or so weeks before finding out that the request never went to the contractor to come fix it. So after multiple emails back and forth (because the manager won’t actually take a phone call), I finally got the phone number to call the contracting company to come and fix our oven. My experience has been first class. As someone form out of the area, I've purchased and held multiple rentals and pieces of property with FSG. They're responsive with a client portal that tracks your transactions, which is really nice. Their knowledge of the industries with which they're involved as well as the greater Boise area is also second to none! Highly recommend!
