UPDATE: STILL have issues with the bank contacting me back. Still having issues with this bank. They never call me back when I ask them questions regarding my account even though they assure me they will. This location is ESPECIALLY notorious for not calling me back and its supposed to be the Corporate Office. Customer service is without a doubt the worst I've experienced with a bank or credit union.

I had a wonderful experience working with First Service Credit Union's Loan Officer, Victor Hu. On the first day we met, he worked with me to complete a transition which required a significant amount of communication and attention to detail. Victor treated me like I'd been a client for 20 years. The customer service was unmatched. I highly recommend FSC to anyone. Go see Victor - he's awesome!
