Our AC went out during a very hot spell, and though other companies said they were booked a week or two out and couldn't possibly come out, Ken got us in that day, even though he too was very busy. He and his helper had us up and running again in an hour and though AC work is expensive in general, charged us a very fair price and didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't needed. Just took care of the problem, that was that, and was on his way back to his busy schedule. Thank you Ken for coming to our rescue!
