As an owner, I would not recommend doing business with this company. I worked with them for 8 years. The owner is petty and obstructive. When I tried to terminate services and demanded that the company turn over all records, funds, and materials related to my property, I was told "I won't be doing anything now until I speak to my attorney." I am now forced to retain a locksmith to be able to enter my own vacant property, and the company refuses to turn over the tenant's rental funds and security deposit.
