I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They consistently delayed addressing essential maintenance issues like the dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning. When I tried to advocate for myself, I was met with condescending responses. After involving legal counsel, they shifted the blame to the property owner. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company—they wasted my time, mishandled funds, and attempted to manipulate the situation.

New to LV my first interaction with First Serve Realty was the absolute worst. My interaction with the manager/owner was unbelievable she was very unprofessional and I would NEVER dare rent or use there services again.
Excellent customer service noe is always on time always calls to to verify time and date and work is always outstanding and done very fast highly recommended and appreciate the outstanding quality work
The plumbing maintenance was quick fast and professional. Really appreciate the repairs. Plumber arrived at the time he stated. I didn’t have to wait at home all day.He made show to match the home decor.
