I was disappointed when I came home the same day the carpet was cleaned and the main spot I was concerned about was still there. I felt like I totally wasted my money. The company came highly recommended and I truly thought I would be happy with the service but was not. In all fairness I was not at home when they came so I couldn’t bring it to the cleaners attention. Maybe they missed getting it pretreated or something but I am not sure how you could miss such a large spot. I wish I could recommend but I can not.

Had them out today, when they left my house smelt like a lemon very pleasant, as my main reason for calling was the bad smell left from dogs from previous tenants. There were some things that were miscommunicationed that I felt unsatisfied with afterwards. We called an addressed that with them. They promptly sent a 10yr veteran with the carpet business out to address our concerns and are going to make right what was chalked up to only miscommunication. I would recommend First Serve Cleaning and Restoration.

We had First Serve Cleaning come clean our carpets and as always they did a wonderful job! The crew is polite , courteous, and knowledgeable. They went over different suggestions before starting.
