Not a happy customer today, and I'm looking for a new local bank. This is a second account for us, with our main bank being in another state. While out shopping today.....getting gas, my husband's card kept saying "Excessive Use" and cancelled our purchase several times. Prior to trying to make this transaction, he and I both used our cards twice. That is NOT excessive use, nor were our totals excessive amounts. Worse bank ever no one answers phone,online banking is way outdated and don’t even try to get online banking fixed on a Saturday !!!!! If you are a hermit and don’t use a bank often then this bank is for you
