⭐ 1-Star Review I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. This is, without question, one of the worst security companies I’ve ever dealt with. The level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Instead of being professional, helpful, and respectful — which is the bare minimum in this industry — the representative we dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My mother, Betty Parsley, had this service. I have tried to call several times to cancel her service because she sold her home. There is no answer and no way to leave a message.
Great place to work. Has given a lot of people a chance, when no one else would.
Had an complete install of my house & pool area, the install went great without issues. The owner of First Security even came out to make sure everything was done correct & followed up with me several weeks later. Awesome service !
