My son was seen at their office and treated for an ear infection, we were given a 10 day antibiotic which did not work and in order for them to look in his ear again or call in a different antibiotic they wanted to charge us an entire new office visit. Then told me it was because we waited so many days after his visit to come back and it’s because we were finishing the antibiotic that they gave us! No customer service or caring about their duty to a patient who already paid to be treated!
