If you want to risk using a company that leaves ridge cap off of your roof for a month, and hope you don't notice, use this company. If you want to risk being ignored for a month, as a customer, and charged a 15% cancelation fee, use this company. If you want ro risk the wrong part being replaced on your solar- because senior reps don't understand how the system works, use this company. My entire basement flooded and I was very well taken care of by Jeff's mitigation and remediation crew. I spoke to Todd over the phone and he was very informative and helped me understand the process of how they would go about this situation making me feel secure. Stress free process and the crew tried to be in and out as quick as possible.

This has been an extremely painful experience. When I first met with them, they appeared to be quick to respond, efficient, and professional. We had even let a different contractor go, because we were assured First Responders could handle it all. It has now been over a month, and we have had different contractors come in (some who do not even work directly with the company) to do small things for a couple of hours here and there. I refer this company to my family and friends! Todd Mueller is an extremely talented contractor who values attention to detail. He makes sure every customer gets exactly what they want, puts no pressure on anyone, honestly assess every property, and will guide you based on your personal needs.
