Called for HVAC repair after I had talked to a couple of "York HVAC dealers" from York website. Juliet answered and gave the cheapest quote for repairs and transferred the call to her husband Elliot. Elliot was so kind!!! He resolved the issue on call itself and said there was no need to get "professional help". I would give them 10 stars if I could. Trust and Respect earned.
We had a great experience with the installation of our wall-mounted heat pump. The team was professional, extremely informative, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, completed the installation as scheduled, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent, thorough service from Elliott when calling First Refrigeration to help fix gas leaks. My gas meter was replaced by Enbridge and gas leaks were identified, I called First to help fix as they had previously done some work for our furnace. Within 2 hours Elliott was at our house and leaks confirmed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and where the leaks were discovered, and went to check all other valves and gas devices.
