Extremely rude. Person I spoke with had a bad attitude from the jump. He refused to answer my question and when I insisted he said I was now blocked. Incredible. Sorry for anyone who has to deal with these guys. Good luck.
If I could put No starts I would . I called looking for my car and I guy just said Good Lick and hung the phone up in my face then I called back 5 times he sent my number straight to VM .
He was very nice and responsible. Charged me a fraction for a private party repo from other leading companies.
