Great response time and great price!
Had a flat tire early this morning and my tire had a lock key lug on it so I called my insurance company and they sent these guys out and they towed me to the dealership to get it taken care of! They were so nice and had great customer services!!!! I highly recommended these guys!
Well when my car went on their lot it had a Saddle and a Jumpbox in it. When the car came out of the lot neither were in the vehicle! I don't know what possessed them to take others belongings but I'm not happy with this company in the slightest. If I could rate negative stars I would.
I placed a call last night to my insurance to schedule a tow for this morning to have a driver come pick up my vehicle around 8am. The driver that was sent out was Rodney and he was great. Very respectful and he did his job great and I had absolutely no worries about anything getting damaged and while riding to the shop he spoke with me in a very respectful manner and had a very positive attitude. Thanks guys for sending Rodney!
Broke down this early morning, called my insurance company and they sent Rodney out my way, he did an amazing job, truly professional, and an absolute pleasure to be around. Great attitude. Extremely friendly and kind natured. hang on to this rare commodity.
