Poor communication — would not trust
Too many bad experiences to share-would prefer to have never worked with this company.
I am a TOC Resident for the past 47+ years. The management of this bullding is superb! The current First Realty staff Franny &Yensi & Sean are excellent! Response to questions or problems is instantaneous. They and their staff are friendly, helpful and always available. The environment in the building is more like a "family" where staff and neighbors are always willing to help each other with a problem. Management was not helpful whatsoever during the time my package was stolen. Full of fake words and promises. The front desk staff were way more helpful. I feel that management should have guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
