First Rate Roof Care were very efficient. They explained thoroughly what was wrong and what was needed. I feel confident that should I have any more problems, that I can call them for additional help.
Prompt, pleasant, checked gutters, overall condition of roof; searched for matching shingles, replaced shingles lost in windstorm, put down moss killer I provided. Cannot even see spots with replaced shingles from the street. I would hire them in a minute for similar job.
They are Johnny on the spot! Took the time to explain what was causing the leak in our roof and to write out an explanation in case we need to file an insurance claim. Very nice people.
had a little bit of trouble making connection initially, but once we did the estimate was quickly done and we proceeded to schedule the work to be done in a timely manner.
