One of the WORST property management companies out there. Horrible customer service, very rude and snarky when dealing with her. Takes MONTHS to get repairs taken care of after submitting them. MY fiancee and I went 3 months without a dishwasher because she wouldn't take care of it, and then had additional fee's tacked on to our electric bill because of a broken hot water valve in our bathtub that she wouldn't get a plumber in to fix. AWFUL! I would walk over hot coals before EVER dealing with this company again.
Witnessed how dishonest this property manager can be. Lies to keep your deposit. Beware!
Sherry needs to go in the book of world r cords for the rudest person and the best lier. I dint know how she sleeps
*BEWARE* This is a horrible, deplorable, despicable company. Sherry is a leech a liar and WILL DO EVERY CONCIEVABLE TACTIC TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. For more information, see the comments made at the BBB. They might not be posted there for a few days as I just sent in a reply. Do yourself a favor......research before you choose a property mgmt. company. Question everything, get everything in writing no matter how insignificant you think it might be.
Even though the property they had listed was one we loved, thank goodness it didn't work out! They are extremely rude and have very poor customer service!! Stay clear of first rate property management.
This property management has been a very negative experience. Very rude at every corner. Wouldn't recommend using them even if your desperate!
