The only insurance company I have ever dealt with that will depends on emails other than phone calls, I say this because I am hearing impaired and emails has always been best since every time I used my video phone? Insurance companies would hang up on me. This company has always found ways to make me happy with what insurance I should have for my vehicles. Hopefully down the road they will be able to help me with my new home and farm
Ken Martin has been a wonderful agent and a good neighbor. He and his agency is always available to field our questions. They supply us with useful information and they keep us up to date with the best coverage and rates. First Rate Insurance is community minded and participates and/or initiates outreach programs within our community. It is a pleasure working with them and Bill and I have recommended Ken and his agency to others for home and vehicle insurance.
When I called and said that I thought our house insurance was too high because the house will be torn down when I, or my heirs decide to sell it. Jack told me that he agreed with me because he knows the area well, and the fact that I have a large lot. I appreciate his consideration.
Amy Timmerman guided me and my Mother fr the begining to the end of our car insurance making sure we understood the process. She was polite, professional and very helpful even after we had questions on our policies she helped answer those questions.
Tim took all the time necessary to find the best value for me. In my 30+ years owning a business in ten locations in four different States I paid annual premiums that exceded $50,000 many years. Tim gave me the same effort for my insignificant auto policy as my business received for a large premium. I was surprised, pleased, and ultimately impressed. Tim performs like an independant agent should. Don't get yourself stuck with a franchise captive. Tim WORKS for YOU ! (and no, he is not my brother. I like Tim more)
