She always be patient about my questions and problems, helped me find the better advantage with better price insurance fee, which helped me a lot. carrie is my agent and she always follows-up with me and always gives me the most honest answer. she is available to answer calls and help me when i have questions or need to make changes to my insurance. so far my experience has been great!
I’ve been using them for about three years. Lately the service has been pretty terrible. I have made 3 different attempts (3 emails, one call) over 3 months to try and update my account and they haven’t done it. This exact thing happened the last time I tried to make an update to my account. I would recommend just going with someone else.
