Jess is the absolute best! This might sound cliche but once again I got in a pinch with insurance and needed a quick fix. I was on the phone with her less than 10 minutes and insured at $54 less than what it was paying on my other insurance. I will always call her and recommend her to anyone and everyone.
Scheduled a time for an intake call with them to answer initial questions and obtain a quote. They never called me. . . ever. If that's the service you get when they would sign you up imagine how unresponsive they must be when you need them to support you afterward!
