I needed an emissions test so i decided to come to this lovely shop and received the best customer service this year hands down. I needed my plate screw taken out it was stripped the owner took it off for me no hesitation no charge. I regret not updating my plates lol after he offered like I can do it online, just get them from him it’s convenient. I recommend coming here the aura is amazing and contagious. Thank you First rate auto!!
Easy and quick emissions test
Came here for an emission test, it was great service and they completed everything quickly. What more can you ask for!
Over promise and under deliver. Very poor service at a steep price.
Went in for an oil change on a rental vehicle, staff said tires needed were bad and needed to be changed, never asked if I had time to wait and FOUR HOURS later I'm still here in a freezing cold room nobody bothered to ask if I had the time to wait or even updated me on how long this would take!!! Absolutely terrible customer service would not recommend this place they have no respect for peoples time! There's no way anyone should be doing any service that takes this long without asking customer if they have the time to wait... read more
