YUMA COURT TOWN HOMES YUMA COURTS : We have lived here for 3 years. Now if you are used to the hood, like south side this area is good. Kids do run wild, bikes become community bikes, but their kids. We have not had a manager live on site for about 2 years and since then service has went down big time. Do not expect to see your manager here after you sign your papers. My Review Yuma Court is a very disappointing place to live!! There is no where for kids to play. You can hear your neighbors, thru the walls, when they go up their steps!!Their web-site says 'no pets' but that is a lie. Almost everyother house has a dog, even pitbulls!!Children run wild here at all hours of the night, playing in the parking lot and throwing rocks at the houses and cars.And the playground smells like cat pee and always has dog doo-doo in it!!
