Horrible horrible company. My payment got declined and so I called them the next day to make a payment, they took the payment and then closed my account and said I could apply for a new card and pay the $95 application fee again. They don't help build your credit, they make it even worse.
The rudest people I have ever come across. Both the representative and the manager were horrible to talk to. I ended up having to hang up because I was so caught off guard. She was yelling at me asking me why I was yelling and getting so upset...um, possibly because you are the rudest person I have ever had to talk to and I am not going to sit there and just be yelled at. Horrible place. They never answer there phone and when I finally get ahold of them they are rude because your late on your payment when you try and get ahold of them for days!
