My boyfriend and I were renting a unit with our two small children from this lady. She is completely money hungry, would not let us resign the lease after 6 months and had us removed from the unit before the end of the lease. She went to the tribunal lying saying that we did not pay our rent when we had a payment agreement with her in writing. She is very sneaky and slimy. Annie Thai is money hungry, dishonest and rude. I would never recommend her for any of your renting or buying needs. She will twist anything to her benefit and she cares very little about her clients - your best interest is NOT her concern.
