All of you people who live in condominiums dont like to spend money, but all you want is more and more services. First place has turned our association around from a dump in debt, to a beautiful place with great reserves. Shame on all of you......and before you make accusations, make sure your identify if safe because libel and slander are causes for a lawsuit.
This company does not manage anything properly. They encourage condo associations to allow the properties to run down so they can eventually propose huge restorations and then skim money from the contractors. VERY BAD !
