Maltilda can stay on her rug. I learned how my dog now listens to me. Seeing how quick she can learn. The instructors helped me realize that she is smart and can make good decisions and that I should give her the opportunity to do it right.

Helped our dog finally calm down – Chief is finally calming down. Comes when called, even outside. Vince allowed time for questions at the end and during class-answered all questions to the whole group, watched each dog individually, every class we learned something new.

Very helpful – Ozzie has improved with everything! Sit, down and the rug so far. Great instructors! I can see that Vince cares about the puppies in class. All my questions were answered, very helpful, and great suggestions!

I enjoyed the positive reinforcement that Guinness received with the instructors, and the good information that was shared with all us puppy owners.

Thunder had a barking problem in class, that is now corrected and he is much more calm and relaxed. The instructors were very informative with simple teaching techniques that work. I learned how to be aware of my bad mistakes, and how to correct those as well as Thunders.

I am now in charge of my dog – I improved with teaching Puck that I as the owner is in charge. The things I enjoyed was training the owners, the amount of praising, having more than one trainer to help me. I was taught how to give and use the right command, what I lacked versus what Puck was doing wrong.

General learned how not to run through opens doors!! I enjoyed all of the instructors that were there to help with the class. They taught me how to understand my dogs state of mind and to help me work through it.

Shelby improved with lying down, staying on the rug. Vince showed me that persistence pays off.

Bo is much more obedient and gentle – Bo is now sitting and staying on her rug. Bo is now much more obedient and much more gentle. The instructors listened to my questions and gave me lots of advice on how to fix these issues.
