They were not afraid to correct me – enjoyed the fact that if I was doing something wrong that they were not afraid to tell me. Showed me what I was doing wrong and how to correct it.
What I enjoyed was the intense training. They taught me how to be firm and how to handle my dog correctly.
Had a great time – I enjoyed the interactions with the other people and dogs. Odin was a rescue at 8 months of age and was very fearful of a lot of things. Thanks First place for helping him (and me ) to have a great time and solve these problems.
Jack’s eye contact is unbelievable, he has now learned not to come into my personal space without an invitation, and he no longer pulls on our walks, and is listening now with all the issues we had at drop off. I enjoyed how knowledgeable the staff was, how willing to answer all of my questions, and was very specific in training techniques.
Has improved with all of his issues – Ramsey improved with his stays as the rug really helped with all of his issues. They used my dog as a demonstration a dog to show others how to work their dogs as well in our follow up!
Rhett is awesome and we are all adjusting well to this new method of training. To say you are WONDERFUL is an understatement! Yesterday was the first day in his life that he spent the entire day out of his kennel among the family. We can't thank you and your team of trainers enough!
Roxy is finally learning to obey my commands. I enjoyed learning new things and new ways to train. I have never done any classes so I liked everything. The instructors gave great tips and ideas.
They gave real world examples and how to use the methods – Vince showed me how to keep Roxy in her crate, without any stress. I liked the “good” dog/training that related to my dog being a member of our house not a dog trained in a rink. Vince gave real world examples and how to use the methods taught in class to handle those situations.
Angel is sitting on the rug, and waiting, which is making her calmer. I like the one on one time with my dog, and learning how to correct bad behaviors. They always gave everyone special attention when needed.
