It always takes forever to get call in refills by the pharmacy done. Two days so far to get a script done. This isnt isolated either. It is almost every time. The staff is uncaring about patients. Was basically told it will get done when it gets done.
Both my husband and I like Dr.Salcido, but the staff is mediocre. Just getting a call back for results, questions, and refills is like pulling teeth! We even switched pharmacies thinking it was a pharmacy problem, but no still no response from the Dr’s office. Finally when we do get a call back, our answers still are not answered completely.
