Dr. Magtoto is the worst. She denied my refill, I was in the area and went to talk to them in person like the last two times I needed my medication because after two months of calling and nobody returning my calls I had enough. She said she didn't handle administrative duties and didn't know anything about messages meant for her. So how are we to communicate??? Do not waste your time going here. Staff would not even try to take my lab order. Looked at me and said you have to go somewhere else because they did not have proper equipment (a butterfly). Staff refused to even try. Left the office upset and having to find my own place to get labs done.
Thought I'd try them out as I was looking for a new physician. The office is dirty to begin with. The staff was friendly. However, after waiting for 2 hours I had enough. There were people there very late for an appointment who got seen and left within 30 minutes. The doctor showed up as I had asked for a refund I told her what happened she said "oh, sorry" in a tone where she clearly didn't care and just went on to the next person. If you want to know why Nevada is ranked among the lowest in the USA for quality of health care, you should visit this place on Boulder Hwy and Tropicana. In my experience, they submit prescriptions without a discussing with me so I have no idea what some of my prescriptions are for. When certain prescriptions require pre-approval by my insurance company, they do not follow through, creating delays. Same goes with referrals, I would get a call from a provider to schedule an appointment and have no idea why. They do not check... read more
