Horrible staffing and he never return your call
Unfortunately, WC Health was recently bought out by this joke of a practice. All the nurses quit. All the receptionists quit. I was assigned a new primary care doctor because my previous primary care doctor didn’t like the way this company was acquired without notification. After a month of having to get new blood work for a new dr (Dr Spencer Plank). I was in told that Dr. Plank no longer accepted my insurance and I had to be assigned to a new doctor. Came in today to establish care with Dr. Patel. It only took an hour, which isn’t bad for filling out paperwork, and vitals then waiting for the doctor. Dr. Patel was extremely nice and listened to everything I had to say. Staff was also nice, professional, and welcoming. I’m glad I came here.
I have not been able to take my diabetic medication because I can’t get a hold of anyone in the office for 2 weeks now. This is absolutely unacceptable
