Dr. Mohan is good; however, the wait time is usually more than an hour before being seen. Office staff could use some people skills training.
I love this practice. I’ve never had an issue with the front office, the back office is kind and attentive to my boys. My eldest has been seeing Dr. Midili since he was 5. We have had 2 pediatricians prior to her, the first one misdiagnosed an ear infection. And the second made us feel they were there only for the client capacity. I took my kids here for about four years before deciding to switch. Dr. Mohan is honestly a great doctor but what made me leave was the experience with the front receptionist. There were two different times when I scheduled appointments, showed up with my kids, and was told we didn’t have an appointment. That was really frustrating. Dr. Mohan is great ----- but we have had several ongoing issues with the front desk. The most recent situation -> Belinda called to tell me she would not send a referral to Valley Children’s because another parent told her their child wasn’t seen due to age. Instead of verifying, she applied that situation to mine without checking. I had to contact Valley Children’s myself to confirm, and they will see my child. She is providing incorrect information and withholding referrals based on assumptions, which creates unnecessary d... read more
