Shady! I’ve had this service since March and thought the 500 calls a month would be good. They notified me in May that we were over our limit so they stopped branding our calls. I didn’t think much of it but figured I’d better get the 1000 calls plan just in case we were going over. On Monday June 8 I get an email saying that we have gone over our limit. Our monthly cycle ends on the 27th of May and begins a new cycle on May 28. According to their report we made over 1000 calls between May 28 and June 7….it even shows us mak... read more

I recently had a conversation with a representative regarding the branding of First Orion, and I must say, their advertising practices raise some concerns. The representative noted that the effectiveness of their approach varies; it works for some individuals but not for others, making it somewhat unpredictable.
