Don’t recommend as a rental or seller We rented from this real estate for 5 years. We’re good tenants and looked after the place like it was ours. Our place flooded due to bad design plans and a leaking toilet. We’re blamed for this and charged $900. Once we moved out they tried get us again and take our bond. Even the people trying to sell the unit lied to use relentlessly. Dont rent or buy from these people, they lie and will screw you over. If you need to rent, take photos of everything and I mean everything.

I dont recommend this agency for rental property, Taryn and Melanie come across as professional, Don't trust there kindly leave a 5 star review !!! . It's a shame how they turn a blind eye on damages done to the property and the dishonesty about free of charge bill management ! If the tenant gave you a 5star rating it doesn't mean you turn a blind eye on damages they have done throughout there stay! Disappointing! ...
