"We had a fantastic experience renting through First National Real Estate over the last two years! The entire team is incredibly friendly, professional, and makes everything completely hassle-free. A special shoutout to Charlise Muscat—her warm, friendly approach and helpful communication made a world of difference. Highly recommend them!"
Would avoid selling with these guys for sure.
We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell our home. Bart was fantastic from start to finish. His knowledge of the market was excellent, he was realistic and honest with his advice, and communication was always prompt and clear. He achieved a fantastic sale price for us and had the property sold in a very short time. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home!
Very disappointing experience with this real estate agent in Richmond, NSW. Communication was poor, and Lucas was often rude and difficult to contact when needed. Everything was noted during the final inspection, and the cleaning was completed by their own trade person. However, after everything was finished, Lucas raised further maintenance issues. This was frustrating and felt very unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agent.
