Worst bank to work with for loans. Please if you want peace of mind and something easy to work with and not a bunch of hoops to jump through. This is not the place for you. They should be responsible to pay for the high blood pressure their online website and apps caused me. DO NOT USE if you don't want to waste time
The slowest drive through ever!!! It would be nice to be acknowledged...5 minute wait, push call button twice, finally someone ....another 5mins and this is just for a payment. Again only asking to be acknowledged that they heard you since there is no window to see what they are doing!
Banking experience is just fine but the bump to enter the parking lot is almost like going up over a curb
I would give zero stars if I could. The branch manager, Liz, refused to closed my deceased mother's accounts although I had the original death and short certificates as required by PA state law. Liz proceeded to give me unqualified legal advice that was WRONG. I told her it was wrong, but still she refused. I phoned my lawyer from the vestible, he tried to call the branch, but she would not answer the phone. After a few minutes, Liz comes out of her office to say she WILL do it after all.
