I booked an appointment on June 13th for July 13th at 10:00 AM, knowing I’d be out of the country for nearly a month and would need my nails done as soon as I returned. Unfortunately, when I showed up, they had no record of my appointment. I had a feeling something was off since I never received a confirmation, but I still hoped it was on their books. Amazing experience! Mini Jacuzzi to put your feet in, with massages for your feet, back, and hands! Amazing staff, amazing service, quick, and they have discount cards for how many times you go to get $20 off! They have hundreds of different nail and feet colors. Love this place, deserves more love!
I went in there for a soak off to get my nails taken off. My technician then proceeded to slide a fake nail under my nails to pop them off which really hurt. I asked her if we could do a soak off because she was hurting my nails and she continued to slide the fake nail under and pop my nails off. The side she popped off is in worse condition than the other hand she did finally soak off. One of my nails/cuticle also looks like it’s starting to get infected.
